Our cowboy-sized Outside Skirt Steak is a prized cut known for its deep, beefy flavor and unique texture. Unlike the common "inside" skirt found in grocery stores, the Outside Skirt is thicker, more tender, and the gold standard for high-end fajitas. This cut is raised directly on our 4th-generation ranch and hand-prepared by the Best of the Best Butcher Shop in Billings (voted #1 two years in a row!).
