Refund policy
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your S Ranch Meats' purchase! However, in the unfortunate event that something is amiss with your order, please contact us within three (3) business days of the date you received you order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any perishable item. However, we do offer refunds in certain circumstances. Refunds will only be given in the sole discretion of S Ranch Meats.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to supply us with a receipt, order confirmation email or proof of purchase within three (3) business days of the date you received your order AND photos of the item(s) that you want refunded. The following circumstances may qualify for a full or partial refund:
Incorrect Item(s) In Orders:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items received are incorrect (for example, you ordered ground beef and receive a roast). We will issue refunds for any incorrect items shipped to you. At your option, we will either refund the cost of the incorrect item to your original form of payment or we will ship a corrected, replacement item to you for free.
Damaged Item(s)/Quality Issues:
Although we reserve the right to issue refunds in all cases except for incorrect orders, we will consider refunds for damaged items or quality concerns that are not attributable to the shipping carrier. For example, if you provide photos of the shipping box and it is in good condition, but a product inside has a broken seal. For us to consider refunds for quality issues, you must send photos of the item, describe your concerns, and supply those to us within three (3) days of receipt of items. We will notify you once we’ve received the information requested (photos, description of concern and proof of purchase), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at sranchmeats@gmail.com.
Delayed/Lost Items:
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS! Once the order leaves our facility and you receive a shipping confirmation email, we are no longer responsible for any carrier issues.
No Refunds for Accidental Orders
Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
Apparel:
If you purchase apparel or accessories from S Ranch Meats and would like to exchange for a different size or item, please contact us. We do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges or in-store credit for any returned items that are in new, original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers still on them and if returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. If no alternative sizes or items are available, you can return the item to us at your cost and receive in-store credit for the cost of the item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
