From the Wagon Cook: Sourdough Carne Picada Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 lb S Ranch Carne Picada Meat
4 Tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, 2 bell peppers
Sourdough bread & Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Sauté: Melt 2 Tbsp. butter with garlic powder. Sauté sliced onions and peppers until tender; set aside.
Brown: Deglaze the pan with 2 Tbsp. butter and Worcestershire. Add Carne Picada meat, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and remove.
Toast: Assemble sandwiches on sourdough. Toast in a buttered pan or griddle until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
