Sour Dough Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
1 lb S Ranch Philly Meat
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 bell peppers
Sliced Monterey jack cheese
Sour dough bread
- Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in pan. Add garlic powder, sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender and set aside.
- Deglaze same pan by adding 2 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Add Philly Meat, salt and pepper. Cook until browned and remove meat from pan.
- While browning the meat, place a second pan on the stove on medium heat or warm up a griddle for when it’s time to toast the bread. Add a little butter to the pan as it warms.
- Place Philly Meat and sautéed vegetables on sourdough bread. Add a slice of cheese and top with remaining half of bread and place back in pan. Toast each side of the sandwich in butter until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
